Our goal is to create powerful performance art, highlighting LGBTQ+ artists in a way that sparks conversations and inspires change. Through art, we hope to transform hate and intolerance – to inspire more compassion and kindness in the world.
Matthew Richardson, originally from Savannah GA, is a former Cirque Du Soleil artist with a background in advertising and design. He worked as an Art Director for years before changing his path to focus on circus arts and performing as a Cyr Wheel artist. Since that time, he has performed as a soloist with Cirque Du Soleil’s Varekai, REBEL, and various special events. He competed in The Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain and appeared as a semi-finalist on America’s Got Talent.
He has spent years focused on blending LGBTQ+ circus arts and film production, while building concepts that share inclusive story telling and activism. He remains dedicated to creating impactful circus art through film and digital media to inspire change and promote inclusivity.
Over time, he has shifted his career focus to show direction, and currently works as an Event Designer for Cirque du Soleil.
